Cutting the Nylon Rope

Engaging Freespool
To engage the freespool, pull out the nylon rope and rotate

Unspool The Rope
Unspool the rope until it is completely undone (see photo to the right for reference)

Unfasten The Rope
Unfasten the rope first.

Unfasten The Rope
Then, pull the rope 20' - 25' feet through the drum. Once pulled, cut the rope and refasten. Do not cut the hook end of the rope.

Winding Back
Wind the rope all the way back up. Be sure to keep tension on the rope while winding it.
