Thank you for choosing The Pick Me Up A/C Lift- a lightweight, safety focused too designed for easy installation and removal of air conditioning units on recreational vehicles, motorcoaches, and more. We want to make your experience seamless, which is why we've outlined our clear return policy below. This policy ensures you can shop with confidence while protecting the quality and integrity of our products.
Refund Eligibility
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition Requirements: To qualify for a return, the return must be: In its original box/packaging, including all protective materials. Unused and in like-new condition, with no signs of installation, modification, or wear. Please verify by sending images to thepickmeuprvaclift@gmail.com. Complete with all parts, accessories, and manuals provided at purchase. All electrical components (e.g. motors, wiring, controls) must be in full working order and untested if not already demonstrated as defective upon arrival.

Exceptions: Defective items (e.g., manufacturing errors or shipping damage) may be eligible for return or replacement even if opened, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

If your return meets these criteria, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method(minus any shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error). Contact Us: email thepickmeuprvaclift@gmail.com within 30 days, including your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item in its current condition. Return Authorization: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label if applicable. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely using the original box and ship it to the address we'll provide. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the return label. Processing: Once received and inspected(typically 3-5 business days), your refund will be issued. We will notify you via email. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
